When will my order be shipped?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 days. However, during busy periods, please allow 1-5 days for your order to be dispatched. We process orders from Monday to Friday. During Summer if your order includes a liquid product, it will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday to ensure product quality.
How do i pick up my pick up order?
Once you place your order please wait for your "Pick Up Ready Now" email and reply back to confirm a time/date. Orders will usually be ready in 10 - 24hrs.
How do i track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive another email notifying you of the dispatch, along with a tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive the shipment notification and for the shipping status to update.
I entered the wrong information for my order, what do I do?
If you’ve provided incorrect information for your order or need to add an item, please email us at Contact@winksupplies.com.au. While we’ll do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that we can modify your information or edit your order once it has been packed or shipped.
